@comcastcares I have been a customer for barely 3 months and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Received a call in September from a rep to offer me the Xfinity flex. She convinced me everything was free for 1 year and I would not see any change to my bill. (1/2)

If I hadn't been working from home since March, I would never know how frequently my $90/month @Xfinity internet goes out. So glad I pay for a service that regularly doesn't work and doesn't communicate or compensate for their consistent outages.

@comcastcares Their customer service agent promised me an $80 credit on my account and it never appeared. I said when you call Comcast, the message says we may record the call for training purposes. Just check my call log. How convenient they never logged my call

.@comcastcares, w/ weather we’ve had, branches have hit cable twice. You repaired it 1st time, but the 2nd strike dislodged cable from the bldg. Phone line didn’t move once. Quickly reattached cable, but TV image frequently freezes, and Zoom tells me I have unstable connection. ?

Comcast is stupid if they go thru with capping their service at a TB per month....5G is way faster than comcast internet and cheaper....if they were to offer a similar service with a 5G cable box comcast would be done!

@jjacobs22 @scotwingo VT is particularly bad. I have no idea why but it is for some reason. Up in NH we get solid 400M cable internet through spectrum that is more reliably consistent bandwidth than my 1G xfinity service in Charlestown
